Bad battery

Generator had a crack in plastic housing but resolved that with partial refund. Battery was dead and was passed on to General. They have yet to resolve that issue

Not impressed.

Box looked like it had sat outside. Cardboard weathered and staples rusted. Generator seems ok other than battery wouldn’t take a charge. I feel that Factory Pure should have taken care of getting me a new battery, not my responsibility to reach out to Generac. Need to work on customer service.
