Zipper Broke - Poor Quality

I purchased the Classic Doctoral Gown. The zipper was of such poor quality that it broke immediately upon putting the gown on. This was embarrassing as it happened at the graduation event. I had to proceed down the aisle wearing a gown that was open because the zipper had broken. I contacted Graduation Cap and Gown regarding an exchange or refund. They asked for pictures, which I gladly sent. They responded there was nothing they could do since I wore the gown. This is not good customer service.

Good value and workmanship.

Well constructed. Very responsive customer support. Suggestion: sow a button on the front top inside to allow for attaching the cowl.
