Excellent service
I ordered a replacement set of bino tethers for my harness and I received them on a Saturday. When I opened up the package there was only one tether in there. I double checked and then looked on the website to see if they were sold individually or as a pair. I then contacted customer service not anticipating to hear anything until Monday at the earliest. Within an hour on a Saturday I had someone contact me and let me know that there should have been two straps. 4 days later I had the second strap. Customer service is top notch and so are their products.

Great product-Great service
I purchased an OV binocular harness after much research and absolutely love it. There was a very minor issue with an accessory order that I placed which Jeff from OV helped me resolve quickly and without issue. I promote OV products whenever I can.
