Choosing the correct fountain was an overwhelming task. I knew absolutely nothing about fountains, so I wasn't comfortable making such an investment without being completely confident. Before selecting a source I created a spreadsheet and called many retailers of Kasco fountains and tracked details about each company. My goal was to take that information and select the company that gave me the most confidence. It didn't take long for me to decide that Living Waters was going to be my source. I can't tell you how many phone conversations I had with EJ, he patiently answered the same questions over and over to ensure I was completely understanding the ins and outs so that I could select the best fountain for my pond. I also called Kasco direct to make sure they backed Living Waters and the guy I spoke to immediately lit up and said he continually hears great things about EJ.
