ORGANIC OATS, regular/thick rolled

Daily breakfast

I start my day off with a bowl of oatmeal. Sometimes just the oats, sometimes with fruit and/or nuts added. I use 3/4 cup oats and 1-1/2 cup water boiled together. Simple. One favorite is an orange cut into small pieces and a dash or two of mace. Brown sugar and coconut top it off.
