Out of 25 new Simon Hurley Dye Ink Pads I just purchased, about a third of them need re-inking - with the FIRST USE. Again, this is a beautiful color, but you shouldn’t need to re-ink when you’ve just taken the plastic wrap off the pad!

I use this color for the water in beach scenes. Love it when I want to make the waters more turbulent. Coverage is excellent when used with brushes.
