Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. He used to walk and not listen to music or podcasts, where I always have to have music to keep the beat in my interval training morning jog. Well...he LOVES IT! He loves this armband. Fits great, doesn't slip and even fits over sweatshirt sleeve for chilly mornings here in Florida. He's 6ft/220 in case you're a big guy with big biceps..it will fit!
