love these!

I was looking for something like the dehydrated Hunza apricots I used to get years ago when I lived in England. These are as close as I'm likely to get. Just soak and/or simmer them for a while, and they plump right up, are surprisingly sweet, and make lovely juice. Wonderful source of fiber, too.
