Strap Sorted! The guys at Tanner Bates ever so kindly invited me to return my bag to their workshop for strap to be rectified at no extra cost and postage was also refunded. The whole experience was so easy and fast. Rick is a delight to deal with and am thrilled with how the strap feels now - solid, comfortable and just as gorgeous. Thanks guys Gorgeous bag, seems to be really well made however it’s a shame about the strap. I’ve had it almost a month now and it’s still fraying heavily and just looks very unfinished on the underside, so I took one star away.
