Nice chocolate and hazelnut flavor.
I've been drinking Workers Comp for a few years now, and it's always enjoyable. I like the subtle notes of chocolate and hazelnut. I add a touch of half and half to it. I've been brewing it with a Moccamaster drip machine.

My Favorite
I’m about 3 months into my specialty coffee journey so still figuring things out. I’ve tried a few beans from valor but this has to be my favorite so far. Absolutely delicious as is, in a cortado, capp, and iced latte. Can really taste the dark chocolate when drinking straight and doesn’t take over a milk drink. Definitely compliments it. Started my subscription with this one!

Valor converts
We brew lots of shots in this house and valor beans are the fam fave. Workers comp is one of our favorites to get its buttery and delicious. We branch out sometimes but always have at least one box of workers comp on standby.
