Pulsar Safety Toe Knee Boot

They sent me the wrong size and won't let me return/exchange

I sat on the phone with a representative from Tingley who helped me select the right boots and walked me through the order process, during which I was assured that ordering direct would be 'easy as Amazon' so I ordered 2 pairs of size 10 boots. I received 2 pairs of size 5 boots and when I called to request an exchange was told I needed to email the customer service department, which I did. It took over a week for them to get back to me to say that and exchange would not be would not be possible because the line had been discontinued. Then offered to help me purchase more boots from them and ended the email by stating that they were glad they could help. Absolutely diabolical. I would not do business with this company again if they were the last boot maker on the planet. I had ordered the proper size through Amazon while I waited for them to respond and am sending them back just on principal. If anyone needs some free size 5 boots let me know.
