Great quality and price

I bought this pack as a gift because I love the one I bought. Unfortunately the arm strap broke because of a manufacturing defect in the sewing. Contacted company and they are sending a new one. So excellent customer service. I only gave a 3 star rating because I'm waiting for the replacement item to make sure there are no manufacturing defects with that one. I'm hoping it was just a fluke because I have loved every item I have bought from them in the past.
