The shape and design of the earring are lovely. However they appear heavier and more of a matte gold with a more vibrant red stone online. In person the stone looks more brownish. Though I like the style, I would have loved something with more substance and I prefer matte gold

Truly beautiful but clasp/hook is awkward
These are truly a beautiful treasure. I love the way the lay and show so well. It may be me but I do find it challenging to hook the wire into the clasp. I probably need to be more patient. They’re so stunning that I can deal.
