Wonderful honey

I had wanted to add this to my hot coffee, but I understand the honey should not be added to hot coffee unless cooled a little. However, I prefer my coffee very hot. So now I just eat the honey from a spoonful or on toast or a biscuit. Very tasty either way!😋
