Europe sim card

I did all that was asked, regard installing the sim. My phone recognised the sim card. But it did not work, I did not get the txt with the phone number, or any response at all. I was unable to use my phone the hole time in Europe. I am not happy,and consider it was a waste of money. I did send an email to the company but got no reply.

Easy and efficient

I bought 2 Sims, 2 for each of us they worked do well, so much data, no issues. Our friends didn't get Prepaidsims and they had all sorts of problems. We'll be using Prepaidsims for all our future travels. Thank you
