Happy with the customer service took a little longer than I thought because they were out of my color but overall was worth the wait

Roots darker than described

This one is not for me because the root color is not as described on Champagne with Apple Pie. I’m familiar with this color as I have wigs this color. Root is described as “light brown blonde root”, and this is true for the ones I own but not for Caliente which is much darker. Had to return this one.
