Small fit

Could you help me exchange for a larger size. I bought this for my grandson. He normally wears a medium however, he said it’s small and wanted to know if I could get a large.

Nice hoodie.. smaller than expected.

The graphics was awesome. But, it was for a gift for a thin tall girl who normally wears medium. It fit more like a small. Wish I ordered a large but figured it was a man's hoodie, medium would of accounted for the recommended order a size up. She said she would wear it...but it is toooo small realistically.
