Dominant Dog Collar

The hook is so long that it makes the collar slip. My dog has a very slender neck and I measured it to be 14” and that was the smallest size available but it continuously slips down, which is think is because of the frictionless large hook. So unfortunately it doesn’t do what it’s meant to do.
