Happy with customer service and going out of your way to give me a gift voucher ,always been happy with steel blue boots till last pair I think steel blue should have come to the party on workmanship faults on boots even though it was out of warranty they could clearly see faults in boots didn’t just happen . I wasn’t aware of 6 month warranty but was disappointed in how quick boots deteriorated compared to my previous boots , happy with new boots Thanks Ben
