Perfect Dry Rub for Salmon

I love this rub. I use it primarily on cedar plank salmon but also good on other grilled or smoked fish. For perfect cedar plank salmon, apply a liberal amount of the rub directly on the salmon and place it on a pre-soaked cedar plank directly over the coals on your grill. Leave it untouched until internal temperature reaches 125. Easy. One of my favorites.

Cannot say enough about this If it Swims rub. I use it on my salmon cooked in the air fryer and it is perfect every time!
