Great quality - sent the wrong product

These are great saddles woth a clean design and nice weight to them. Sadly, I ordered brass and received silver instead. I reached out to customer service about 4 days ago and haven’t received a reply yet. Hope to get this sorted soon!

Great product but they sent the wrong color

I have a standard 1 inch lobe and ordered two sizes down. They have a nice weight and slight swing to them. I think I would be fine with this size, or I could have ordered the next size up (so one or two down from the original would probably both be fine). These stay in my ears and give me a little room to display my naked lobe. The only issue I had was they sent me the wrong color and have not responded after two emails about it. I opened the package because I assumed the gold was really pale, but they actually just sent me the silver version of these. I liked these spreaders a lot, but the lack of customer service makes me hesitant to buy again.
