I initially posted a one star review due to waiting several weeks for it to arrive. After waiting around 5 weeks it finally arrived and a was sure it would be dead. It's not dead but growing and reproducing well. Thank you

Arrived safe

The package arrived safe and sound here summertime in sunny Perth Au after 1 months transit. I was a bit worried with the extreme heat, 42+°C, and was advised by Nathan at Yemoos that all would be good as its a tough culture. The GBP culture was quiet while waking during its first fermentation with white and brown sugar and is now happily fermenting with white sugar, molasses and sliced ginger and am looking forward to trying the finished product. Great communications and product, thanks.
