Thank you, Yemoos for a great product that performed exactly as your directions state. I am thrilled. I followed the instructions exactly, and I had great success. Your starter portions are generous, so there is plenty in case I need to begin again. I now have two quarts of viili in the fridge. The second quart I switched to organic milk, which is UHT where I live. It came out perfect. Thank you, again. I am very happy with the viili starter I received. Melisa

It took a few times around the culture cycle, but the critters that make viili have settled down to reproduce quickly, easily, and yummily (yeah, I know that's not a word). Even using non-fat milk, it comes out thick and mild, with no sourness or fizz. I like this way better than other DIY cultured milk products. I've even frozen a little for a week, to test how it'll do when we go on vacation--it came through just fine. Thanks for making it available!
