Genuine Live Water Kefir Grains

I had to learn how to use them for my specific conditions.

A few weeks ago, I purchased some milk kefir grains, and I was quickly producing excellent-quality kefir. I assumed that working with water kefir grains would be very similar—a misconception that actually slowed down my progress. I must say, however, that they arrived in excellent condition; once I figured out the correct proportions to get started, everything has been going wonderfully. They reproduce very quickly—in just one week, I’ve already tripled the amount of grains I have—and I’m now successfully creating batches with a perfect flavor profile.

I bought these after a couple of purchases from Amazon was super disappointing (not naming names but a withe and blue package arrived infected and literally turned to slime). They were packaged correctly, shipped and handled promptly, and a fair price. They're good quality, with a mild flavor, stable culture, and excellent, robust growth. I'm confident that these will mature into a top-notch culture in a few months. Since I'm far away from my fermenting friends now, I will definitely use Yemoos as my go-to for replenishing scoby cultures from now on!
