Kind seller, healthy milk kefir grains, extremely slow delivery.

I highly recommend milk kefir grains, they are large and healthy. Packaging was attractive and professional. Recipes and detailed instructions online. The package was shipped on a Monday, expected delivery was supposed to take two days, it took ten, in 90 plus degree heat. I contacted UPS to let them know I had a perishable item, no help whatsoever. No human being, just AI. Tried calling and using the chat feature. Don’t waste your time, no help. Package sat in my state for days, not sure why. Then, got rerouted to California for no reason, then back to my state again. After reading reviews, I’m wondering why there are so many shipping problems. I haven’t had any other shipping delays with anyone else. Good news: the grains survived the trip. Bad news: you waste a lot of milk. It took ten days to get normal kefir. Would I buy again? Yes, because the quality is worth it. Much better than others online.

Excellent quality

These grains are great! The kefir I’ve made is excellent/it’s so easy, and I’ve been drinking it daily. It’s definitely the way to go in terms of the quality of the kefir and cost benefit, paying for itself very quickly, in about 9 quarts.
