Charging issues
Bought a new charger thinking my charger was bad turns out my battery was bad which was promptly replaced under warranty.(took 5 minutes) Super 73 was super easy to deal with everyone I dealt with had a smile

Large and Loud
Makes an unsettling noise while charging. I’m sorry I bought this model. I prefer the three amp version. It also doesn’t seem to charge that much faster than the standard charger.
