Henri De Rivel Equipe Covered Close Contact IGP Saddle

This is my favorite saddle. It’s awesome. I am very tall 5’11 with very long legs, and it fits me super well. It has a really forward flap with adjustable knee and thigh blocks. I wish you guys had an affiliate program, because I have recommended about 10 or 12 people to buy these saddles and they have went out and bought them. It’s literally beautiful. I get tons of compliments on it, it fits my horse really well, and I just love that it’s adjustable in the gullet sizes. It’s really well fitting and it has really thick flocking which is super comfortable and it’s also done in foam. It’s just really well made and really nice. I get a lot of compliments. I’ve tried many many brands of saddles, and none of them have compared to this one, no others were wide enough to fit my horse, and none of them have been this comfortable for me. It also has a really nice forward flap which is just not offered in many brands at all. If you want to feel secure in a saddle, get this one.

Solid little saddle, hard to switch gullets

Purchased this for our hard to fit mare, as we needed an adjustable gullet system. The saddle is nicely built. Soft leather ( it does seem to rub and scratch easily however, definitely reccomend a saddle cover and stirrup iron covers. ) the gullet system was not too difficult, I was able to watch a video and do it myself, BUT the threads on the screws/gullet plates are very, very finicky and if you don't have it lined up just right, or if you have even a little torque on it from the flap, I will not thread. Took at least 20 tries to get 2 of the screws lined up just right. If I had one suggestion to make I'd tell them to use a slightly larger thread so it wouldn't be quite so finicky. I wouldn't want to have to go through this frequently! Other than that, it's a great saddle for the price. Grippy leather, soft seat, love that it has wool flocking.
