Really Enjoy This
I enjoy this program. Has not been full 6 weeks so can’t give numbers. But I can feel my pushups and pull ups improving. This is actually the only upper body work I’ve been doing since beginning the program. It’s sufficient enough for me (42 years old). But it can be used in conjunction with other upper body work. I like that each move has different variants and different “workouts.” Pretty simple and seems like something you could run indefinitely and add weight if you wanted. Had some questions and HTK replied pretty quick. Will be looking at HTK more.
