Exceptionally helpful - 5 stars is not enough

A dead PC and no way of retrieving the licence key (a wicked/smart move by Olympus) means we had to purchase new software for our existing kit. It was the best price I could find and was available for immediate download. Moreoever, two phone calls to Speak IT resulted in fantastic customer service and tech advice to get us up and running. In fact, they tried to help me retrieve the old licence key rather than pay out for a new one. Will definitely be back to these guys and will recommend whenever I can. Thanks so much, Superb service!!! And the software is fine too.

Great service

The download for the software came very quickly. The hardware arrived in a couple of days. I was very pleased with the service. Also the prices were very competitive. I would recommend this company in the future.
