We were packing our Briggs and RILEY carry on with a lot of heavy stuff and all of a sudden that handle snaps and I thought for sure I was gonna have to get rid of it, but I went to the website just to check it out to see if there’s a way to maybe fix the handle and guess what they did. They had a package you can call order a kit and it only cost $15 and it’s saved me from buying a new bag and getting rid of my bag. I think I’m gonna be a customer forever.

Our luggage was handled roughly by airline personnel, and they broke the handle brackets of our largest piece of luggage. I was able to replace the handle and brackets in under 10 minutes. The luggage is as good as new.
