Sooo easy

I bought a new strap for the top of my suitcase. The old one was very old and broke. $15. 00, 20 minutes of effort with the help of a YouTube video, and my suitcase is back on its wheels.

9 years and still going!

I love my Briggs and Riley carry on spinner and use it almost weekly. After nine years, the handle broke. It was so easy to get the replacement part and the instructions made it easy to install. Back up and running and hitting airports!

The first order was the wrong size handle. The second one was ok, but did not include the end parts or screws, thankfully I was able to recover the old parts to make it work, but not real happy about the service.
