Black Lily, Spring 2025

The color of the liquor is relatively light for a black tea, but I found the the body to be a solid medium. It's very smooth and sweet, and it feels rounded in the mouth. I get hints of chocolate, malt, and molasses. At the same time, there is a little spice or citrus at the finish. On the second steep, it tastes a bit sweeter and rounded in the mouth. I really enjoyed this tea!

This was in refreshing and goes well with a little maple syrup. Brews easy and quick.
