I purchased the winch leveling system to help remove my pier. My pier sections sit in thick muck and it came in handy to help lift the pier's footpads out of the muck. I used a sperate poll that I mounted to a base to raise the end of each pier section from the muck. The winch is heavy duty and can't wait to use it to level my pier next spring.

Dock Winch. . . A great assistance to installation and leveling of your dock.

I recently finished a 72' fishing dock and used the Dock Winch to much success. It allowed for stability during installation of the dock sections and ease of leveling once installed. On installation the winch was on a separate 6' pole with a disc on the bottom and hooked to the forward end of each section, holding the sections stable while the poles and augers were attached and set. Leveling was extremely easy as we were mostly level during installation, but were able to easily fine tune leveling from the water or on top of the dock by adjusting each pole setting.

I purchased the aluminum dock, floats and winch. Installed this weekend. It was easy. Very impressed with the quality.
