Not completely satisfied
At first I was just thrilled to have found you with your native plant collection and the ability to deliver plants to me with my crazy work schedule. They arrived and looked like they were in good shape (order #ATL9955). But soon, as I started wadding through them to plant them, I found that one of the Southern Wood Ferns had several broken stems (I alerted you within 24 hrs so you did kindly replace that one). But now, as I am preparing to plant my Alice Oakleaf Hydrangea, I did some research to be sure I was choosing the right planting location in my yard. I found that the many leaves I've been pulling off due to discoloration that I thought was just part of the aging process is instead a mark of a spreading bacterial infection. I've taken a few pictures of this plant to send to you, but really--two out of my small order of plants had problems. I think I'll still consider your services but only if I can come pick out my own plants through my own inspection. It's likely that now you won't honor a credit to my account because I am discovering this plant problem a couple of weeks out from delivery. And I feel I need to now discard this plant so that other plants won't be exposed to this (I don't know what that likelihood is but I don't want to take any chances). I think you need to do more quality control over what plants go out for delivery.
