Easy receipe and delicious
We overbaked the pistachio for 2mins (our fault!) And it turned out a little bitter - but overall still good! I recommend to freeze the dough for longer (~10mins) so its easier to cut them into slices before baking - the pistachio nuts should be chopped finer too, so its easier and smoother to slice through. Overall, a great and easy receipe!! We keep reaching out for them after baking. Yums! Really not sweet at all!! I'll replace the butter given with French butter the next time, so the buttery taste and smell will be stronger. Highly recommend!
