Packs down to a very small size for storage-I bought two, tested them both-one now lives in my MED bag (treat for shock, etc) and the other goes in the sleep system. The pillows I received came with the newer model “air valve” which follows the lines of the pillow rather than opposed at the corner - a little harder to operate but far less likely to be broken by stepping on it in the dark…excellent product and excellent shipping & order response!
