Ordered incense that came unpackaged
I ordered insence for a gift and they were sent in plastic bag sachets. On the order both in the picture and the description it showed the sticks come in tubes. I’ve ordered from here many times and every time it’s arrived in tubes. I emailed them to express my disappointment thinking maybe it was an oversight and received a terribly rude response saying “offer clearly states no tube”. Terrible customer service. I went back to check again and absolutely does not say that. Wouldn’t recommend.
