I bought this for my home gym. I have only had dumbells and kettlebells the last two years (both purchased from isellfitness) I am so excited to have a barbell and some plates to play with. I am no expert on the ins and outs of a high quality bar. All I can say is the bar has a great spin which is improving the more frequent I use it. The knurling is perfect. Not too sharp but enough to make me feel locked to the bar. It’s an everyday bar for sure. I don’t have a squat rack or bench yet. So I have been using it for deadlifts cleans snatches barbell curls rows ect ect and it’s allowing me to perform the way I want to. Rob gave me some helpful tips on how to keep up with maintenance on the bar. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. High quality gym equipment at the best prices.
