Gorgeous Leather, Unable to Properly Adjust Noseband

I loved this bridle as soon as it arrived. The leather is gorgeous, the stitching and assembly was great- I was really excited about it. However, I had a major issue when I went to put it on my horse. The noseband is adjustable- sort of. The right side of the noseband (where the chin pad is permanently affixed) is set to fixed size and contains the buckle. The left size is extra generous in length with a large number of holes to adjust the overall size of the noseband. But because the chin pad is at a fixed length, as soon as you widen the noseband, the chin strap can’t possibly stay centered on the underside of the bridle. My girl is draft, so she needs the noseband as large as possible. However, this meant that the chin strap was firmly planted on the right side of her cheek along with the buckle. The rest of the noseband strap wrapped all the way under her face and around to the other side. I can’t figure out how they possibly didn’t notice this issue. Why make your bridle so it is only symmetrical on the smallest size? I ended out swapping our the noseband from a different bridle but I was really disappointed. I don’t know how they didn’t realize this design flaw. I have attached a picture to show how the chin strap doesn’t come anywhere near the bottom of her face even though there is plenty of strap left to continue adjusting the bridle.
