Had to get it without monograming even though I paid for it because it would’ve arrived after the holidays. Even though I ordered when it said ships in 5-7 business days. That was not true! I was also never reimbursed the extra fee for not monograming. Not satisfied at all. Will never purchase from Bella Bean again! Will let friends know as well!!
