Zesty Thai Mushroom Jerky

Good flavor, but nothing like Jerky. The mushroom is chewy, not like a beef but like a mushroom. Different but flavor was ok, texture wasn't what I desired. It was ok but lacks the stringyness that beef has, and is more of a chewy dried mushroom, not what I was looking for, but is just me. Maybe you'll like it more than I did. All you can do is try it.

I close my eyes and pick from my stash and know I will love what ever flavor of Pan’s mushroom jerky comes out!
