How I make bread!
I use a combination of Old Mill white and whole wheat bread flours to make bread every week. So tasty and easy to make using a no kneed recipe that takes 20 hours but worth every minute.

I have not used the bread flour yet but I made rolls with the self rising and my family could tell a huge difference and just had to know why they tasted so much better and it was all due to the flour!!!! They had no idea I had made the change. I am so happy!!!!
