As I try to replicate a pancake recipe from my grandmother, I have found this to be flower to be the missing link . Finally I am enjoying the flavors of my childhood memories with my grandparents.

Healthy muffins

I purchased buckwheat flour due to the high rutin level which promotes good vein health. I will be using buckwheat flour in all of my recipes that call for flour. The shipment arrived packaged well and quickly. I have not opened the blackberry syrup yet so I can’t comment on that but I’m sure it’s delicious.

Excellent product

In trying to locate a box of the Old Aunt Jemima Buckwheat Pancake mix, and finding it had long been discontinued, I discovered a recipe to duplicate it that called for dark buckwheat flour. I purchased this product, and the results were fantastic. Highly recommend for any dark buckwheat flour needs.
