Brilliant service - should have contacted the store sooner when the courier company failed to deliver repeatedly. One phone call and the lovely lady put a second parcel in the post the next day and it arrived just in time for my trip. Thank you

Didn’t realise that fastened at the top rather than side zip so awkward in retrieving piles. Otherwise fine. xx
