I’m very satisfied with the kindness that feather lovers have shown to me. It was my first time ordering baby chick on line the first chicks were all alive when they came but three passed shortly after which broke my heart. They just ask for pictures and added three chicks to my next order. My next order Two didn’t make it alive they were crushed and I also lost three more but I just think things like that happen they have offered to give me credit and have been encouraging me to try again in the spring which I’m planning to do. It’s crazy how you can get so attached to these sweet tiny littles since I live in a rural area they arrive 3 hours away at the post office and then the next day to my post office I plan to drive the three hours to the post office in Johnson City so they don’t have to spend the night there. I recommend feathers lovers their chicks are just beautiful they’re willing to work with me without judgement means a lot.
