I received my order from the biodude about a week ago and so far it’s awesome! I can tell my tarantula is much more at ease in her new set up, as well at it being more visually appealing in general. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Bioactive Dirt for Spiders! :-)

Received bioactive dirt for tarantulas; including dirt, bioshot, moss and leaves. I loved that there were so many layers so I could create a varied habitat across the ground for a tarantula; a very enriched environment. :-)

Terra Aranea

I was very impressed with the Terra Aranea just by setting it up. It isn’t dusty like other widely available substrates out there, even when I poured water in and mixed it in with the moss I barely got my hands dirty. The instructions were clear and the explanations on the bags were helpful and neat. I moved my juvenile Imperator in his new home and I’ve never seen him this active before and engaging with his environment. To go along with it, the setting is very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, it’s as natural as you can get and far superior to all the other conditions I’ve seen arachnids kept in.
