Romance Burlesque Fan - Double Layer

have never had such a terrible experience with a business before. I placed my order with Fancy Feathers on May 29, and it is now September 1. Over three months later, this issue still has not been resolved. I was guided by the company to order the wrong color. They acknowledged the mistake and apologized, and I followed their instructions and returned the fans. I never received the correct order. I was then told that a return shipping label would be provided, but despite waiting since May 29 and contacting them multiple times, I have NEVER received one. I am now left without the correct product and without my refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I am now pursuing the matter through my bank. I will also be sharing my experience on my social media platforms and with people I personally know in the burlesque community. I strongly recommend being cautious when ordering from this company.

They are just ok. For the price I thought they would be fuller and they are very stiff to open and close. But im new to feather fans with my act so maybe its operator error. As for the quality, they are well made.
