Ostrich Feather Fringe (2-ply)

I never received the feathers and I have never received it refund. I emailed you multiple times but you have yet to respond.

Color was totally different than the sample I paid for

I wish I could share a better picture. Basically, we loved the fullness and quality of the feathers, but the dye was not set at all. It rubs off with just holding it for a short time or brushing up against it very lightly. So I have lost lots of money on this project trying to go back and set the feathers post build while trying to salvage the dress. So. I would be excited to order again, but only if there is a guarantee that the dye in the feathers would be set better.
