Beautiful Well made Solid Will become a family heirloom in time

Arrived with a scuff and missing the engraving. Customer service was unfriendly and did not know the details of the product. Still in limbo regarding a fix because customer service stopped responding. This is not my first wine key from this vendor. My first was excellent and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, considering the price tag. Would not recommend.
