Whats Up Nails - Rose Chrome Powder

This is absolutely the best chrome powder I have ever used, and I have used a lot of them. It only takes one coat of the powder to get the full chrome effect. Such a pretty rose gold that cannot be achieved with nail polish alone. Worth every penny.
