The gun is awesome, a little heavy but the wraparound handle makes it manageable when trying to close up baskets. Shipping was like lightning. The air consumption is minimal and a small pancake air compressor like the ones available for about $130 from any big box store allows us to close about 10 rings per minute without performance issues. Before we step up to a larger compressor, we're going to try an additional air tank for more volume because we're powering the compressor with a truck mounted inverter and would have to haul a generator if we step up the compressor size. I would not try to install more than a dozen baskets without the pneumatic ring tool. Its a time saver and arm saver. I would buy again, but don't expect to have to because of the quality of the tool.
